Prices 

Important info - Please text  or email me with details of your project, with pictures at different angles. The pictures are for me to come prepared for the job at hand, saving us time and money. 

Show up and first hour ( including travel to your house, gas, etc.) - $50.00

Basic Skilled Labor - $ 50.00 an hour

I do try to keep things as simple as possible, but not every project can be charged them same. If the project is going to take more then 4 hours I will let you know. Sometimes it is cheaper to just charge by the job instead of hourly. 

 If there is something broken and needs fixed now, let me know NOW. Water damage can get costly.  

There might be a small emergency fee.
